The judicial system of Colombia must have a restructuring that allows each of the crimes typified in Colombian laws to be toughened, since their flexibility allows each of the criminals to enjoy benefits and thereby affect the security of the inhabitants of our beautiful country.
Contributing to the strengthening of new policies, which in turn strengthen the penitentiary and prison issue, would allow us to avoid so many problems that are evident every day in these overcrowded penitentiary centers. These new policies would help increase the permanence capacity of people deprived of their liberty.
Likewise,
public force must be increased to enable institutional deployment in the
streets where Colombian citizens are directly affected.
